These aren’t your typical shrimp—most people say they taste closer to lobster.

If you’ve only ever had grocery store shrimp… this will completely change your expectations.

Royal Red Patagonian Shrimp are known for their naturally sweet, rich flavor and tender texture—often compared to lobster for a reason.

They cook quickly, taste incredible with simple ingredients, and instantly elevate any meal without adding complexity.

And just like everything we offer, these are sourced with the same standards we hold on our farm—clean, traceable, and something we confidently serve our own family.

What makes them different:

  • Wild-caught in deep, cold waters
  • Naturally sweet, buttery flavor (no additives needed)
  • Large, premium size (8/12 count per pound)
  • Flash frozen at peak freshness
  • No fillers, preservatives, or chemicals

Package Details:

  • 2 lb bag
  • Raw, shell-on shrimp
  • Perfect for multiple meals or family dinners

How to cook (simple):

Sauté in butter or tallow for just a few minutes until pink and tender.
That’s it—no complicated prep required.

We stopped at the shop and the owner Josh met us and walked us through the process. They are amazing people with an amazing product. We get the beef and chicken. Some of the best meat we ever purchased. Yes it costs a bit more but believe me it was well worth it!!!! Please support local business, especially Flourish and Roam!!

Everything You Need to Know About Our Meat, Ranch, and Ordering Process.

What is Dry-Aging?

Dry aging is when you take a piece of meat and put it into a controlled open-air environment to go through a flavor transformation. By exposing the meat to air, moisture is pulled out and the natural enzymes in the beef break the muscles down slowly over time, making it more tender. All of our beef is dry-aged from steaks to ground beef for 21 days.

What do your cows eat?

We utilize a unique rotational grazing system for our cattle, allowing them to graze on grass while being supplemented with a non-GMO, soy-free feed during the last three months of their lives. This method promotes high-quality beef and supports sustainable farming practices, making our products both delicious and environmentally friendly.

When will my order ship?

Orders are shipped the following Monday after they are received. Order before Mondays at 8AM for same day shipping. With the exception of holidays when UPS is not running, shipments will be moved to the next business day. Why don't we ship every day? Due to the nature of shipping perishable food shipping later in the week risks shipments getting stuck at distribution centers over the weekend and ruining the shipment.
