How it works....
Step #1 - Place Your Deposit
Pick your Beef Share size and place your deposit.
You’ll receive an email order confirmation automatically, and we'll reach out personally to go over the details.
Step #2 - Pay your remaining balance and schedule delivery
We'll let you know when your cattle will be brought to our local processor, where our butchers will dry-age, cut and package your share(this usually takes 2-3 weeks).
On that date, we’ll also email you an invoice to collect your share’s remaining balance.
Step #3 - Your beef is delivered & you enjoy!
Once your beef is ready we will pick it up from the butcher, and schedule your shipping or pickup date.
Then we ship your Beef Share to your door (or you'll come pick it up) and you’ll enjoy a freezer full of nutrient dense, delicious, 100% Grass-Fed Beef!
What Our Customers Say about our meats
Frequently Asked Questions?
What do your beef cows eat?
We utilize a unique system for finishing our cattle where they are rotationally grazed on grass and simultaneously fed a non-gmo soy free feed. They are on grass 100%.
Are your cattle antibiotic, hormone, chemical, pesticide free?
Yes! We use no chemicals on our animals or our fields. If we need to use antibiotics (which is extremely rare) to hold the highest animal welfare standards the animals are removed from our meat program for the most clear transparency to you our customer.
Do you use any mRNA vaccines?
No.
As June 2025, there are no mRNA vaccines on approved for use in cattle in the United States.
What is the fat ratio of the ground beef?
We target a fat ratio of roughly 85/15 (lean/fat). We find this is a great, versatile blend for the wide variety of ground beef uses. Also, this is dry-aged beef so its going to cook up way better & different than the grocery store beef.
How will my beef be packaged?
Our beef is dry-aged for 14 days. It is then cut, individually vacuum sealed, labeled, and flash frozen.
Our beef is vacuum sealed in heavy duty packages. It will last indefinitely when properly frozen, but the USDA recommendations are to use within 1 year for best quality.
