This is the kind of seafood people order at a high-end restaurant… and now you can make it at home in minutes.

If there’s one seafood item that instantly elevates a meal—it’s scallops.

These wild-caught jumbo sea scallops are exceptionally large, naturally sweet, and incredibly tender, with that signature golden crust on the outside and melt-in-your-mouth texture on the inside.

And the best part?
They’re far easier to cook than most people think.

Just a hot pan, a little butter or tallow, and a few minutes—you’ll have a meal that feels like it came straight from a restaurant kitchen.

Like everything we offer, these are sourced with the same standards we hold on our farm—clean, traceable, and something we confidently serve our own family.

What makes them different:

  • Wild-caught in clean, cold North Atlantic waters
  • Exceptionally large, hand-selected scallops
  • Naturally sweet, delicate flavor
  • Firm, meaty texture with a tender finish
  • Flash frozen at peak freshness
  • No additives or preservatives

Package Details:

  • 1 lb package
  • Approximately 10–15 jumbo scallops
  • Serves up to 3 people

How to cook (simple):

Pat dry, season lightly, and sear in a hot pan with butter or tallow for 2–3 minutes per side until golden brown.

Best for:

  • Date nights at home
  • Special occasions without the restaurant price
  • Impressing guests with minimal effort

👉 Pro tip: Pair with a steak and create a restaurant-quality surf & turf night at home.

We stopped at the shop and the owner Josh met us and walked us through the process. They are amazing people with an amazing product. We get the beef and chicken. Some of the best meat we ever purchased. Yes it costs a bit more but believe me it was well worth it!!!! Please support local business, especially Flourish and Roam!!

We Have Answers.

Everything You Need to Know About Our Meat, Ranch, and Ordering Process.

What is Dry-Aging?

Dry aging is when you take a piece of meat and put it into a controlled open-air environment to go through a flavor transformation. By exposing the meat to air, moisture is pulled out and the natural enzymes in the beef break the muscles down slowly over time, making it more tender. All of our beef is dry-aged from steaks to ground beef for 21 days.

What do your cows eat?

We utilize a unique rotational grazing system for our cattle, allowing them to graze on grass while being supplemented with a non-GMO, soy-free feed during the last three months of their lives. This method promotes high-quality beef and supports sustainable farming practices, making our products both delicious and environmentally friendly.

When will my order ship?

Orders are shipped the following Monday after they are received. Order before Mondays at 8AM for same day shipping. With the exception of holidays when UPS is not running, shipments will be moved to the next business day. Why don't we ship every day? Due to the nature of shipping perishable food shipping later in the week risks shipments getting stuck at distribution centers over the weekend and ruining the shipment.
